PROFESSIONAL BAKING Course
Nothing gives more pleasure than eating a freshly baked bread which comes straight out of your home oven without any preservatives or processed ingredients.
This 16-hours (2 days x 8 hours) course is suitable for:
No previous knowledge or baking experience required. All what you need is a passion to learn and be creative.
In this course you will learn the following:
“schwäbisches Bauernbrot” Swabian bread.
“Dinkelvollkornbrot” Spelt bread.
“Toastbrot” Toast bread.
“Dinkelbrötchen” Spelt buns/rolls.
“Krusti” Special buns/rolls.
“Hefezopf” Yeast Plat.
Day 2
In addition you will learn also:

All materials are provided, including aprons, studying & kitchen materials. Printed recipes of all what we will learn in the class are also provided to try them out at home.

Additional Information
Participants completing this course are awarded a certificate of MAHARA which is approved and accredited by Karl-Heinz Häusler GmbH in Germany and TABYEEN Centre for Research and Training in Dubai.
Location
The course will take place in Heiligkreutzal in Germany at Backdorf.
